Tree Top's Plant Warranty
Tree Top Nursery installed trees and shrubs have a warranty of 100% of purchase price for one year, not including labor. A labor fee will be charged on trees and shrubs replaced by Tree Top. Plants purchased on sale and planted by Tree Top have a warranty of 100% of the purchase price paid, not the full retail value of the plant.
Customer installed trees and shrubs are warranted for 50% of the purchase price for one year. Sale items are warranted for 50% of the purchase price, not full retail value.
Myke Warranty
When Myke beneficial soil inoculant is purchased and used at the time of planting, trees and shrubs have a warranty of 100% of purchase price for five years not including labor. A labor fee will be charged on trees and shrubs replaced by Tree Top. Replacement value is equal to the original purchase price only. Sale items are warranted for 100% of original purchase price, not full retail price. Sales receipt must note tree or shrub and appropriate quantity of Myke on same receipt. Excludes: rhododendron, azaleas and blueberries.
Warranty is on original plant only and will be replaced only one time. No cash refunds. No warranty without sales receipt. Warranty does not apply to plants damaged due to extremes in weather, neglect or vandalism. Warranty is non transferable. No warranty on annuals, perennials, roses, houseplants or plants purchased for resale.
