Sales Associate (Garden Center)
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Sales Associates help customers find the right plants, trees, and garden products while providing friendly, knowledgeable service throughout the nursery.
- Plant knowledge or a strong interest in learning about plants and gardening
- Enjoy working outdoors in a garden center environment
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Team-focused and enjoy working with others
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Good communication skills with customers and teammates
- Ability to lift/move at least 30 lbs. frequently
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Cashier (Garden Center)
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Cashiers assist customers at checkout, ensuring purchases are processed accurately while providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable handling transactions and operating a point-of-sale system
- Team-focused and enjoy working with others
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Good communication skills with customers and teammates
- Ability to lift/move at least 30 lbs. frequently
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Job requirements-
- Experience operating a medium-duty truck, skid steers a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely and stand/walk most of the workday
- Self-motivated
- Work will be outside in a variety of weather conditions across all seasons
- A valid driver’s license and fluency in English are a plus.
