Trees and shrubs purchased from Tree Top have a warranty of 100% of the purchase price for 6 Months.
If it dies during the warranty period, bring the receipt and a picture of the dead plant to Tree Top. You will receive a credit for 100% of what you paid for the original plant.
Tree Top’s 1-Year Warranty

Trees and shrubs planted by Tree Top have a warranty of 100% of the purchase price for 1 Year including planting.
If it dies during the warranty period, we will replant a new tree or shrub for you. (Equal in value to the price paid for the original plant).
Warranty Value & Replacement Pricing
- Trees and shrubs purchased at a discount are warranted for 100% of the purchase price, not the full retail value.
- The price of the replacement tree or shrub is based on current pricing, not the original price paid.
What’s Covered
- Warranty applies to the original plant only.
What’s Not Covered
- Plants purchased with plant replacement credit are not warrantied.
- Trees or shrubs planted in above-ground containers.
- Annuals, perennials, houseplants, or plants purchased for resale.
- Plants damaged due to extremes in weather, neglect, or vandalism.
- Plants that have a damaged appearance but will recover with care.
Important Warranty Conditions
- No cash refunds. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a store credit will be issued.
- No warranty without a sales receipt.
- Warranty is nontransferable.
