Alaska Shasta Daisy grows to 2 or 3 feet tall with iconic blossoms. The blooms have yellow centers surrounded by white petals and bloom throughout the summer. It is upright and its stems do not flop over. The leaves are dark green and serrated.
This plant works well in perennial gardens, as foundation plants, and as cut flowers. It grows well in moist, well-drained soil in full sun but will tolerate some shade. It will not tolerate wet soils but does not have any serious pest or disease problems.
