This dwarf shrub has rosy pink blooms throughout late summer.  It has dark green, almost purple foliage on a tidy, compact plant. It can be pruned in late winter to maintain its shade.  It is excellent as a foundation plant or in mixed shrub borders.

This shrub prefers full sun to bloom best and is heat and drought tolerant but intolerant of wet soils.
