This very compact shrub is grown for its large, bright pink blooms that appear throughout the summer.  The blooms are mop-headed and consist of clusters of flowers.  The leaves are dark green, contrasting well.  The plant is mounding and compact.  This plant works well as a foundation or accent plant, and the flowers work well as cut flowers.

It prefers part sun and must have evenly moist soil.
