Mint Julep Juniper is an evergreen shrub grown for its scale-like, rich green foliage with arching branches.

They grow quickly and work well as foundation plantings or as short hedges.  They prefer full sun, is drought tolerant, and can grow in very poor soils but not in wet soils.  Branches can be trimmed back or sheared to keep them from spreading too far.
