This large, stately shade tree matures to a dense oval or round tree.  Its dark green, glossy leaves turn any shade from yellow to orange to red in the fall.  It is drought resistant once established and resists leaf tatter in the summer winds.

It tolerates a wide range of soils and conditions, including shade, but it will have the best fall color in full sun.
