The Bonfire Patio Peach is a small tree grown for its stunning spring display of double pink flowers followed by burgundy leaves. The leaves are long and narrow, emerge reddish in the spring, and keep their color throughout the growing season. The tree produces small peaches that are edible but unpalatable. It is a true dwarf that only grows to around 6 feet tall and wide.
This tree works well as an accent plant in a low border and works well in small spaces such as around patios. It prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil but cannot tolerate waterlogged soils.
