This vigorous peach yields large dark red fruit with yellow undertones and yellow flesh. It has sweet flesh with a firm texture and a freestone pit that separates easily. The flowers are pink and showy and bloom in mid-spring. The later bloom time reduces the risk of crop loss from frosts. The peaches ripen from July through August and do not all ripen simultaneously. It is resistant to bacterial leaf spot, and the tree is vigorous and high-producing.
Peach trees are self-fertile and do not need a pollinator.
