Goldfinger Potentilla is a small shrub that produces sunny yellow blossoms from early summer until frost, much longer than most shrubs.  It is a spreading shrub that grows to 3 feet tall and has dark green foliage in the summer.

This shrub adapts to various kinds of soils; it prefers some afternoon protection from the sun but needs some sun to bloom.  It doesn’t have any serious pest or disease problems.
