Popcorn Drift Rose is a small shrub rose that has one of the longest bloom times of any plant in our area. Unlike old-fashioned roses, it is bushy, full, and hardy. It will bloom light yellow fading to white starting in mid-spring, and blooms heavily till frost, especially if old blossoms are removed.
It works very well for small gardens, foundation plantings, and mass plantings. Pruning this shrub in late winter will control the size and lead to a more compact plant. This shrub blooms best in full sun and will adapt to a wide variety of soils.
