Golden Weeping Willow has bright yellow twigs and a graceful arching form. It is fast growing, and the branches will quickly weep to the ground if not pruned. This willow is considered one of the best in the trade. This tree should not be planted next to houses or sewer lines since its roots are aggressive.
This tree grows best in full sun and moist areas. It will tolerate a wide range of soils. It works well as a large accent or along ponds and streams.
